Hello everyone!
Joe Wehbe here. Learning by trial and error is one of my favourite methods of growth. But we can’t learn everything on the job! The issue when you are young or beginning in investment is a lack of experience.
Specifically when investing in property, mistakes can be incredibly costly. This is something I’ve seen time and time again with clients. But, we can’t avoid mistakes – we will never perfect the craft without getting started at some point. But I believe in educating yourself to an 80% level before starting anything.
SO… I thought this could be a good space to help fresher investors learn from the mistakes of others, who are brave and honest enough to share them! Please share openly and generously so that we can hopefully leverage the mistakes of others, before investors make a few of their own!
