Hey everyone!
Joe Wehbe here. I’ve noticed that when people want to invest they jump right to a vehicle, such as property or shares. When doing this, they skim over strategy, which is vitally important. Not only that, but strategy comes straight from goals, which come from values and what is important to you.
In the Sydney Listings Academy, I believe the most important modules are on the “Sydney Listings Investment Philosophy”. 9 principles are suggested here. Just because we have suggested them, does not mean they’re final.
What are your principles? Do you have any? Which of ours do you agree with and more importantly, disagree with? Discuss below Academics!
