- Tenancy applications (unsuccessful): Identification and financial documents are securely destroyed or deleted within 30 days of the application decision.
- Tenancy agreements (successful): Information is retained for the duration of the tenancy and for a period of up to 7 years after the tenancy ends, in line with legal and taxation requirements.
- Owner/landlord information: Retained while we manage the property and up to 7 years after the management agreement ceases.
- General enquiries and website forms: Retained no longer than 12 months, unless further contact is required.
When information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties and Offshore Transfers
Some personal information may be processed by:
- Our offshore team member located in India, who assists with administrative support
- Cloud service providers, whose servers may be located in Australia or overseas
We ensure that all offshore transfers comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and take steps to maintain adequate protection of your information.
We do not sell or trade personal information to unrelated third parties.

You have the right to:

- Request corrections to any personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete
